its a beautiful hotel and well located for a business traveller. need to work on staff rudeness. rachel at the desk was talking to some employee and just neglected me. where as the other receptionist jumped and helped me to check in. the rooms are nice. the bartender was really nice to me seems to be british.

The hotel has tiny rooms that are not cleaned as thoroughly as they should be. I had an unpleasant run in with the General Manager of the hotel and she handled my complaints horribly. She is exceptionally rude and lacks customer service skills, which is most important in the hotel/motel industry. On the positive side, front desk staff and restaurant staff were wonderful as well as the location.

The hotel location is convenient to work. The rooms are always clean. They have nice beds and bedding. The gym has enough equipment for the guests. There was no waiting even at a busy time.
