The Location and the Hot Tub in the room.Decor/Style of hotel was very 1970. They need to renovate. Very convenient location right next to California Lodge Lift (Heavenly Ski Resort). Friendly staff, nice pool and hot tub. Rooms need to be renovated....

Free valet parking, employees always open doors for us.Cant think of anything my stay was great! Hotel was beautiful, the location was not close to down town a 10min drive. But if you are going to ski/snow board it across the street from Heavenly....
Quiet location. View of Heavenly Ski area. Off the beaten track.Nothing we did not like. Pleasant surroundings, away from the center of town. Helpful and friendly staff. We would certainly return to this hotel.

Loved the whirlpool bath and fireplace.The bed wasn't comfortable. It was very nice. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious but I didn't enjoy the bed. It wasn't comfortable.
