The hotel is in a fantastic location on the Thames with great views of the London Eye from our room. The location is good for the West End theatres (just around the corner!) or if you want to see more of London, the hotel is handy for the tube station too as it is just over the road!
The reception staff were extremely helpful and the lobby area was comfortable. The rooms were plush and luxurious, with a small but sufficient bathroom. This is a luxury hotel, ideal for a theatre weekend in London. I would definitely recommend this hotel, although not for people on a tight budget!

Excellent
We thouroughly enjoyed our stay in London and in particular the Swissotel/Howard. It was clean, service was great (entire staff) and hotel very quiet (back side of hotel). The location was also the best..near the tube, covent gardens, theater...
