Good
The parking is $45 per day! Don't forget to budget that into your stay. The breakfast buffet is $23, but delicious and worth it. The extra costs are out of control, and people need to be aware of it.

32 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business
The location and facility were excellent. I chaperoned eight students on a school trip and the hotel was clean, well organized, and elegant. The staff was friendly and professional. It was a very pleasant experience.
The lobby and rooms were well appointed, with pleasant furnishings that did not seem excessive. Everything was comfortable and posh.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Swissotel Chicago.
I might recommend it to friends.
