We were not given loyalty privileges because we booked at a good price through Quikbook. This was not pleasant.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The staff was attentive, helpful, friendly and was courteous when answering questions. It was a wonderful stay.

We stayed at the Swissotel because the wedding reception we were attending was also there. Otherwise, I don't know that we would have chosen the hotel on our own. However, we would consider staying there again if we were to go back.

This hotel made me feel excited: We were staying in a high-quality hotel in downtown Chicago that had a beautiful view of the Chicago River, Lake Michigan and Navy Pier. It's not very often that we stay in such a nice place.
