After we drove all night from Chicago, the staff upgraded our room to a more comfortable arrangement because we missed our first night sleeping there. While we slept, they searched to find out where we had confirmed reservations for a tour. When we awoke, they directed us to meet our tour bus at 10:30 am a few blocks away by the tourist center. "They saved our day." Office staff is very attentive, and caring.

Motel room was adequate and clean, but small. It was quiet enough, but you can hear muffled sounds from the next room. No samples of shampoo. There are just a few little bars of soap, and only a couple bath towels, hand towels and washclothes. Mattress was comfortable. Toilet worked fine. We would book this place again next time we go to Niagara. Price was reasonable. We like the location because it is close to a tourist information building where you can ask questions and book tours.

When I had been to Niagara falls, I stayed in this hotel. The rooms were very compact but clean. It was $40 per night and for this price, we had a mini-microwave overn and complementary breakfast. Also it is not far off from the falls.
