TRYED FOR 45 MIN TO GET SOMEONE TO ANSWER PHONE I DROVE FOR 40 MIN AND LET MY CELL PHONE RING GOT TO HOTEL ASK WHY THERE PHONE WASNT WORKING(WHICK SHE WAS TALKING ON IT) SAID SHE HAD SWITCH BOARD TURNED OFF

I stayed at the this motel one night. Lots of construction workers staying there which means lots of mud on the floors and lots of yelling and cursing during the night. My bed linens looked clean enough. The worst thing was there was dried urine on

We stayed at the Sutton Inn for two nights the first morning we slept in and left the hotel around 12:00 noon for a day out. We had the handicapp room and from the shower water got on the floor. We used the towels to clean it up. When returning that evening around 9:30 p.m. our room was not cleaned..no fresh towels.. wet ones still in bathtub.. bed's not made up.. trash can not emptied. I went to front desk and inquired. Response was "you left your room after the girls got off from work.. do you want more towels?" Never will stay there again.

I wanted to thank you for everything all of you did for me while staying there.

There is an article in the website that troubles me stating that there were roaches and more, that statement is not real. My room was so clean, the sheets, pillows, bathroom, refrigerator, towels, carpet was impeccable. Also there was continental breakfast that no other hotel has.

The employees there make me feel so welcome I have no words to express the happiness that I feel to be treated with so much love and respect.

I was looking for a convenient location and found it in the heart of the restaurant and shopping area for this region. Starbucks is next door but the hotel offers a free continental breakfast. My room had a fridge and microwave. Staff was friendly and room was clean. I'll stay here again next time.

I will never return to this hotel. The staff was wonderful at check in. The sheets were not clean, the blanket had a dead bug on it, but the room and the bathroom were clean.

There was no internet access and my non-smoking room had smoke coming from the other areas.

I left in two hours because of the smoke, and I was not refunded a cent. They give no refunds for any reason.

We stayed in this motel while searching for a place to live. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. While not fancy, the rooms were clean and maintained. The location is great, nestled among numerous restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping centers.
