The worst meal I have had in years

55 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
We had 5 adults & 2 children. The meal took over an hour to get. I ordered the prime rib and I think it was one that they took out of the refrigerator and heated up. All our meals were cold. The band came in to play, and while eating they left the door open to bring in their equip. and everyone got cold from the wind. I will not return!!!!!!!!
