Surftides Inn on the Beach Hotel

We had 5 adults & 2 children. The meal took over an hour to get. I ordered the prime rib and I think it was one that they took out of the refrigerator and heated up. All our meals were cold. The band came in to play, and while eating they left the door open to bring in their equip. and everyone got cold from the wind. I will not return!!!!!!!!

Found tons of hair on toilet that was supposedly "sanitized" upon checking in. They put the dish rack alongside the garbage underneath the sink. I could hear the bathroom fan from the room down below. They had bad plumbing, and the appliances were in shambles. Their manager was non-existent, and the staff was rude and curt.
