Super 8 Willowbrook Motel - Page 1

When I would leave my room to go to work at five o'clock in the morning the parking lot lights were always off. Also I had made reservations to have a refrigerator and a microwave in my room and they were not there. I am disabled and it is hard for me to get around. My stay there was no picnic. The heater was either cold or extremely hot. I asked them to fix it but it was never done. I should have complained to the manager but I never did.

The location was nice. It was easy to find, yet not right on the main road so it was quiet. The size of the room was also very large. What I did not like was the fact that I had specifically booked a non-smoking room, and while it had the non-smoking logo on the room door it completely reeked of stale cigar and cigarette smoke and I couldn't breathe.

The hotel's location was ideal and not far from the interstate. The price was competitive to others in the area. The beds were not that comfortable, but were clean and functional.

The staff was very friendly and willing to help you in any way. That room just blew me away! I slept better there than at any motel I have been to.

This hotel made me feel pampered: I just loved the room! I normally stay at cheap motels, but this place is definitely worth the price and the breakfast was great, too!

This hotel made me feel content: We were paying not much more than what we had paid for at a horrible hotel we had stayed in the night before, and the hotel was so much better.
