The place was old and kind of dirty. They also charged me for my room online and then again in person. They have yet to repay me my money. There are a lot of hotels in the area and I wouldn't recommend staying at this one.
I stayed here for a week while I was in town for continuing education. The staff is very friendly. The room was very clean and the maid service was excellent every day with fresh linens and towels. I had a work desk, with internet access. A...
43 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business
I traveled to Wichita from Boston to work at the nearby Air Force Base for 7 weeks. I stayed during the hottest part of the summer. My room was cleaned every day, they brought a small refrigerator to my room (at no charge), the air conditioner worked great, no strange smells or insects in my room, and the bed was very comfortable. The early morning free breakfast was very convenient to start my day. During my stay it was very quiet at night except for the couple that stayed one night in the room next to me with their newborn that cried for hours, I have kids and understood their pain... I would stay there again!

If my rating on renting this room was based on the managments honesty, then it will be very low.
My husband was on his way to Okla.to be with his dying brother the last time. In his greived state of mind, he left his new cell phone in Rm.#133 on August 24,2007. As soon as they got to a phone able to call you, your manager stated no phone was there. When he stated only the motel maid could have seen it before another renter could ,so she must have it and would she check, the manager got rude and said there was no way the maid could have seen it or taken it. It would be common sense that until it was rented, it had to be a cleaned room, the phone was in open sight on the table. When we attempted to call the phone, it was on, but no one would answer. Then fifteen minutes later when we called it, it was 'turned off', which says ''someone" had the phone. I since have had it closed by Verizon.
Our rating is based on your "Honesty". That is first in our book.
I've stayed at a lot of budget motels

Horrible
I've stayed at a lot of budget motels in my day, including one in Europe in which the toilet was a hole in the ground. This one ranks among the top three worst places I've stayed. The beds were horrible -- the bottom sheet didn't cover the mattress, ...
