Poor room, worse service

Horrible
65 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
Room was "non-smoking" but smoke fumes came into room all night.
Toilet did not work properly - kept running. Heater was noisy, kept us
awake half the night. A complaint to the staff person the next morning was
met with the most rude and discourteous attitude I have ever seen. We
made numerous phone calls to Super Eight headquarters and the motel
itself but after many weeks we just kept getting the run-around. It
seemed as though the were well versed in this practice. NEVER AGAIN
will we stay at such a place and we have advise all of our friends to stay
away from this one.

It was raining and there was no protection to unload without getting wet.

to return to the Super 8 Whitehall.

I left the charger for my cell phone behind and they claimed didn't find it.
I am
not likely
to return to the Super 8 Whitehall.
I
would not recommend it to friends.
