57 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
My stay was was very nice, but when I checked in, the front desk clerk was terrible. we had a reservation and it took her 45 minutes to check us in, then we were there for 3 days and she only did it for 1 day at a time. every time we went down in the morning to get it fixed she would do it for1 day. Then when she checked us out it took her just as long. If it was not for the other front desk clerks would not come back. She needs to get another job she is not a front desk clerk. I think she took my reservation because it took her 20 minutes to do the reservation. Were did the company get that person. The hotel was very clean and had a wonderful breakfast. The person working in the lobby was never around to help you out. She was no were to be found to get some help in the lobby. We ran out of coffee and everything and it was 9:00 in the morning. I gave a 2 not because of the hotel but because of the front desk clerk and the lobby person. Thank you very much.
