I ended up booked at this hotel through a special deal a few months earlier offering very low rates, but requiring prepayment.

The first story I got at the front desk was that they couldn't find my reservation. I gave them the reservation number.

The reservation clerk was an absolute moron. I reserved two rooms for my employees with a corporate credit card.

When my employees arrived, they were informed that since they did not have physical credit card with them, they could not register unless they paid cash. The idiot reservation clerk should have informed me via telephone as she had asked for my number in case there was any problem. The manager was less than interested in offering a reasonable explanation for their foul-up and had no empathy whatsoever.

If you're coming to T-Town, do yourself a favor and stay anywhere but this awful hotel. It was a miserable experience.

They took care of all my needs and provided local transportation.
