35 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I stayed for two nights. the shower had hair in the drain and was still wet from whoever stayed before. When i went to talk to the General Mannager her attutide was horrible and she wouldnt give me the time of day. The overweight housekeeper who i was trying to get service from was to busy talking on her phone and what looked like her daughter was standing next to her. When i tried to speek with the hispanic housekeeper she refused to help me because it wasnt her room. I never have seen such bad pride of their jobs.

The rooms smelled of an unclean bathroom. The young men that were behind the counter were not very friendly and dressed in black and wore headband type things.

We stayed here for 2 nights. None of the lamps in the room worked.Called front desk and maint. Never showed up. Also, the walkway we were told to use for ease in getting to our room was not cleared of snow. An older couple would of had a hard...

The staff at the front counter was worthless. The young men had a bad attitude and could care less whether they helped you out or not. I also found out that Orbitz charged us over $25.00 more per room from what we could have gotten it from just calling the hotel. That is an expensive finder’s fee, if you ask me. I will never use Orbitz again. This hotel was clean enough, but nothing fancy by no means, but it was clean. I think we will try another hotel the next time we are in Traverse City.

From the minute we walked in, the air was very stuffy. We were in a "non-smoking" room but the odor and general lack of fresh air was oppressive. It may have been cheaper than other places, but if you can't sleep, it doesn't matter how cheap it is.
