50 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Was awakened at about 3 oclock in the morning by my wife complaining of bugs crawling on her . I turned on the lights and found several bugs crawling around in both beds. I pulled back the sheets and even saw them on the mattress.
We went downstairs and the man at the front desk gave us a refund without hesitation...I guess I never knew what bedbugs were till now !!!
We stayed on the way from Yellowstone to Denver. The front desk was very rude. They did not want to give more pillows or towels even though we didn't have enough in the room. The bed was hard and the mattress thin. Breakfast was okay- cereal and...
Avoid this place at all costs. Run down and overpriced. Sleep in a rest stop, it is better. Dirty. Gives other Super 8 motels a bad name. We stayed in several on a long trip and this one was bad.

Getting to the hotel was difficult due to the road configuration. The beds had old linens and there were several burnt out light bulbs in the room. I did appreciate the fact that they were pet friendly!
