After a long drive from home we arrived late, tired, and hungry to the hotel. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful over and above her duty. She gave us maps of the area, mentioned places to see and recommended a fabulous restaurant right...

We were visiting south dakota - family vacation- and booked online. When we got there, the pictures online showed nothing like what we saw. Our bathroom was dirty, we had no towels or toliet paper! Asked at the front desk- rude. would never stay...
