After calling and cancelling my reservations I was still charged on my credit card for a one nights stay x 4. Upon calling I found out that the girl that I had spoken to had never posted my cancellation. I was not offered a cancellation number, but she assured me that my reservation was cancelled. Took me forever to make contact with the manager. Was informed that the girl who took my cancellation call no longer worked there and that I was just out of luck as far as a refund was concerned. A TOTAL LACK OF ETHICS. They should have given me the benefit of the doubt especially after I provided proof I had called. They could have least given me some sort of a refund since they could not prove that I hadn't called. That girls lack of job performance cost me a lot of money!
The hotel is right of the highway, very quit & large room. It is next to Wal-mart, McDonald, Reno stake house and other restaurant. We loved the property, It is the best value in Prestonsburg. We had a great stay.

HS internet worked pretty good, room was spacious.Motel was dated, needing remodel, strong air fresheners were being used.“Upon Arrival one notices the property is a little cramped with a small Strip Mall on the East side, parking is very limited....

It had a very relaxed setting. It was located in a shopping center with a 24-hour Wal-Mart and a McDonald's. Also, several times during the evening and night I saw local police patrolling the area. Safety these days adds to contentment for me.
