There were drug paraphernalia in the parking lot. The rude person at check in messed up my reservation. The microwave oven and TV did not work well in the room.

In the first room, our stool overflowed into the bathroom floor at 2:00 AM. They immediately moved us into the room next door to sleep for the night. We unexpectedly needed to spend another night, and they, on their own, put us next to our relatives
