Horrible
We stayed here for two nights, and are sorry we did. This is the filthiest motel I have ever stayed at. NO REFUNDS and they cahrge you at the begining of the stay! Tub was visbly dirty staff WAS condesending and the neighborhood is dangerous..... ...

Horrible
The room smelled like a dirty diaper, staff was condescending. Would recommend that no one ever stay at this Hotel, will make sure that no person I come in contact with will make the mistake my family did by staying at this hotel.
We were there twice last April with grandkids and the whole family was there in May for a funeral and we enjoyed the hot tub and pool and the friendliness and cleanliness.
We stayed at this motel for a wedding, it was one of the accommodations recommended by the parents of the bride. Upon arrival we were greeted in a friendly manner by the evening clerk. Checked in, went to room. Normal room for the price, until...

The staff was very friendly and willing to help in any way. The rooms were not only clean but smelled good too. The location was right off the freeway so it was easy to find.
The rooms were decorated nicely. It was quiet enough to watch TV without a lot of surrounding noises.
I am very likely
to return to the Super 8 Phoenix/Mesa/Gilbert Road.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Since I require a handicapped room, we have found that Super 8 room is better suited to may needs. It is also centrally located between our relatives -- mother and children, etc.

My daughter was Graduating so I booked 7 rooms (total of 25 people)here for family and friends, when we first arrived the lady who checked the first guests in, was very nice and helpful.
