I stayed for one night in July 2008 at this hotel for my daughters orientation for college. We checked in and went to our room which was supposed to be non smoking. The room reeked of smoke as did the pillows and spread. When the desk was called she came down and sprayed something on the curtains and rugs to help dilute the odor. i was told there was no more rooms to move us to. Later that evening when we returned to go to sleep, we pulled down the covers and found hairs all over the sheets. They were dirty!!!! when i called the front desk i was told to come down and get sheets because she couldnt leave the desk and the maids already left for the day. my daughter went to get the clean sheets while i stripped the bed and she was told the only way they would give her clean sheets is if we brought her the dirty ones first. needless to say i was fuming. i paid so i could sleep in a room that stunk of smoke and i had to change the linens. i made complaints and so far nothing has been done. two of the lights didnt even have bulbs in them i had to ask for lightbulbs so we could see in the room. it was an awful experience and i will never go there again

The rooms were quiet and clean. The staff was very helpful.

The whole room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The air conditioner/heater was very noisy.
