The owners/managers do not honor confirmed rates, they will jack your price up at will, even in as little as four days before your arrival! Oh and for you computer savvy folks that like booking online, don't even think your printed confirmation with the price listed will guarantee your rate, these people don't acknowledge anything advertised online. All of the toilets in the rooms that we occupied clogged and there's only ONE plunger for the entire 3-story building! And you are expected to plunge it!! The doors didn't lock properly. You absolutely had to drag any and all valuables in and out of the room every day. Though some of the staff was helpful the majority was not. This place needs to be leveled to the ground!

My party made reservations online but when we checked in we were told our rate had increased and that they do not care what the rate was online, "their rates are different from ours online...we don't know what they say online." We showed her the confirmation of the rate and she told us it didn't matter.

Out of the 5 rooms we booked, 3 of them had toilet back-up issues. We called room service and they told us the ONLY plunger in the bldg was on the 3rd floor and they would send someone down with it. They handed it to us and left. The one time someone on staff tried to fix the toilet, they ended up over-flowing it and instead of mopping it up, they took a bath towel and wiped it up, no disinfectant, no soap used.

My bed sheets had cigarette burns/holes in them. The housekeeping used the same dirty mop water from one end of the hall to the next without changing it. This place is just a front for illegal activity and who knows what else is going on. It needs to be shut down!

This hotel was totally misrepresented by the pictures and description on the internet. It boasts "wireless internet access, fridge and microwave". This hotel had neither internet access of any kind and no microwave. The fridge was plugged in about a foot from the wall, sounded like a freight train, and was hot on the inside. The room looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in months and the bed looked like someone had either slept on top of the bedspread or at least had sat on it to watch TV. The neighborhood is terrible with people just "hanging around". My family and I were fearful of what would happen to the car overnight. The kicker for us was the five vending machines in the lobby with notes that stated "No refunds! Put money in the machine at your own risk!" Nice touch for place you're looking to stay!

Stayed two nights had excellent service whildt visitin from Canada Rooms are great for the price offered, Lot of the rooms around were selling for $95.00 they charged $65.00 I would stay only complaint I had was wireless internet was little slow.
