Good
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The complementary breakfast was ok but not great. The number of restaurants in the immediate area was not the best but we managed. Great for ease of commuting to Niagara Falls and Canada as well as...

Rooms are nice and cozy. Location is easy to find, even in the night. It's been very late when I arrived the hotel. A pretty girl gave us a very warm welcome and a reasonable discount. She's so kind and made us feel like home. There was a little problem with the bath tub through, but the girl helped us to fix it fairly quickly.
Suggestions: please notice that there are some coupon pages in almost all gas stations nearby. You can just pick up one. They are so good for looking a hotel with a quite low price, of course when there are rooms available.

Horrible

42 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I did not like their rigid rules concerning the cancellation of my room. We were delayed by Amtrak, through no fault of our own, and were not allowed to cancel our reservation because we were only able to give twelve hours notice, not twenty-four hours notice. Therefore, we were charged for a room we could not stay in.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Super 8 Niagara Falls/Buffalo Area.
I might recommend it to friends.

They gave us information as soon as we checked in and answered any questions we had during our stay. They acted like they were there solely for our benefit.
