Super 8 Niagara Falls Motel - Page 1

Very cheap for the proximity to the falls, but you pay the price. If you dont mind your car being vandalized, this is a good place to land.

I stayed for 2 nights. The first night someone had hit my rear bumper while it was parked. I complained at the front desk and they did "notice" it. The 2nd night someone had broke into my car (windows smashed, not only mine but 5 other cars) and had stolen all the valuables.

I learnt that this was the 3rd such incident and the previous incident was even worse. I heard the group that vandalized didnt even leave the special rims of one car.! Stay only if you dont have your own transport. You are absolutely safe 'inside' the hotel.

After all this, there was no support or even a 'try' to compensate for my loss by the management. I didnt expect them to, but they were not even showing courtesy on our loss.

I ended up having a bad impression on my tour to Niagara Falls because I chose this place. :(

The location is fairly easy to find. The room was clean and comfortable. The mattress is standard, no frills. The best part of this hotel is the "david's" sub shop at the end of the parking lot. The steak hoagies are wonderful! The staff is a bit "quirky", I observed the front desk attendant being rude to one of the guest over a late check out fee. He was very unprofessional. The breakfast bar has nice fresh bagels. I fell the service was very fair for the price.

DO NOT GO THERE! By no means. This place is infested with BEDBUGS!

Cheap motel - Cheap service!

DO NOT GO to BEL AIRE at 9470 Niagara Falls Blvd. For two hours stay, we got bitten and caught three BEDBUGS! UGH! The receptionist (mean indian guy) refuse to refund our money even under this circumstances so we get rob as well.

Miserable motel - Poor service!

The owner for the two motels Mr.Suk was not valorous enough to came out of his office and face us. To came and say simple "Sorry".

What for?! He got his money!

What a way to do business!!

So for one night we change three places.

My advice - pay $20 more and go to GRAND NIAGARA!

They had given our room away, and said our stay was supposed to be the night before. But they said we weren't on their "no show" list. I had to give them my name and confirmation number a dozen times. We also had to wait 30 minutes while they tried to sort through THEIR mistake. At check out, they double charged us, also. They said the night manager hadn't told them about their mixup. Now we have to wait 3 days for the refund to be put on our card. Horrible!

The beds were very hard and the pillow were also hard.
