All the reviewers must work for the company because what I saw does not deserve one star!
I was training in the area and planned on spending a few nights at the Super 8. Front desk clerk gave me a great deal (or so I thought) for the week. An awful stinch of cigaretts and mildew hit me as soon as I walked into my room. Very outdated curtains and furniture. I went to the front desk clerk and demanded she give me another room, she couldn't believe I was unhappy as they just "upgraded". The next room she gave me was bad but didn't smell as much. I tried to get comfortable went into the bathroom to freshen up. There was hair and dirt on the tiles, I had the check out the sheets, hair and dirt there to. I demanded my money back she said let upgrade you to a suite it has a fridge and microwave, if you don't like I'll give you your money back. The fridge and microwave was from the 90s, the room was a foot larger. It was late; I stayed and still regret it because I could not get a wink of sleep. Oh yeah, ladies stay away from the first floor as the bathroom window sits in an alley. I had to booby trap the door because I feared someone breaking in. Spend the extra 30/40 bucks for a piece of mind; I did for the rest of the week.

I wasn't expecting as good a quality as my guest and I received, but was very pleased with it. The people at the front desk were extremely kind and courteous, as were the cleaning ladies. Privacy was kept well, as was the ease of checking in and out.
The beds were well made, and the loveseat and carpet were both very enjoyable.
