One more thing! My cousins had also booked here for the weekend of the wedding. One of them was in her first trimester of pregnancy. She walked into her room, and the smell of whatever cleaning products they used combined with the dinginess of the room, sent her right back outside to vomit. She had to rent another room for the night at a cleaner hotel. This Super 8 needs to be gutted and updated.

We were going to an expensive wedding- so thought we'd stay at an inexpensive hotel... Wrong decision! It started by getting at the Super 8 -10 minutes before official check in. The cleaning staff was on break, and we couldn't check in. One of the cleaning ladies quite loudly and rudely said to her superior so we would hear, "I won't be getting to that room for at LEAST another hour." We came back late after the wedding to find a hopefully clean room. The pillow was at least 30 years old, and I woke up all night thinking something was crawling on me. There were ants in the bed. I killed one and left it on the night stand. I went to the desk upon check out, gave them the pillow and told them to throw it away as it was absolutely unacceptable. For almost 100 dollars a night, you should have a clean room at check in time, be bug free and not be disgusted by your pillow. They gave me the room for half price- but I shouldn't have paid ANYTHING! Don't stay there!!!!!!!!

The price is just right for parents on a budget who are visiting their children at Dartmouth College. The location is convenient to the interstates and easy to find. Do not arrive late and expect to find anyplace to eat, however as this area of Vermont closes early and rises early, too. The breakfast, though minimal in selection and ambiance, is a welcome addition. My advice is to stay on the back side of the motel, it is quieter in the mornings.

It is not bad for a low-cost hotel. The staff is generally pretty friendly.

They are always fairly priced. AAA referred me there.
