Super 8 Motel Watertown

The staff was clearly unaccommodating to the guests. Overall lack of courtesy and how they tried to scam me, leads me to think that this particular motel practices shady business tactics to gain revenue.

The staff was all great and very helpful.

It's in a good location, and it's good that it had covered parking. It was great to have a jacuzzi, but they should redo the faucets and vent fixtures - they look kind of cruddy.

Past experiences with other Super 8's have been satisfactory. The one in Watertown, MA, however, is less than satisfactory. It was dingy, worn-out, odd-smelling, unfriendly.

I stayed there and paid extra because they had hot tubs in the room. I found the hot tubs to be extremely substandard, and not worth the extra money.
