Super 8 Motel Tulsa

The reservation clerk was an absolute moron. I reserved two rooms for my employees with a corporate credit card.

When my employees arrived, they were informed that since they did not have physical credit card with them, they could not register unless they paid cash. The idiot reservation clerk should have informed me via telephone as she had asked for my number in case there was any problem. The manager was less than interested in offering a reasonable explanation for their foul-up and had no empathy whatsoever.

If you're coming to T-Town, do yourself a favor and stay anywhere but this awful hotel. It was a miserable experience.

The location was ok, close to the expressway. The service was very bad and the staff hardly spoke English. They did not let us check out until they checked the room. They refused to give back the cash deposit even though the room had everything in it that was there when we checked in.
