62 year old female with a moderate budget
My sister and I stayed at the Super 8 in Ricelake for the first time as we were visiting our elderly parents. Our service was terrible except for Sunday night 6/15/08 from a very nice young man who couldn't do enough for us. The front desk people were extremely rude and unfriendly! We had very hard beds, not enough pillows, no toilet paper refilled in the room when cleaned, no kleenex, shredded bath towels and no paper cups one day after cleaning. In the morning we were suppose to get a continental breakfast which wasn't always put out. We could have put up without breakfast but the rudeness of most of the staff was appalling!!! We definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was located near where we wanted to be. I have stayed at Super 8 motels many times. Everything was fine.
This hotel made me feel pampered: They gave us everything we needed and made suggestions about staying in the future at other Super 8 motels.
