Super 8 Motel Reno

. Bathroom heater not working; reported to office, no action (prevailing temperatures were from 25F - 46F)

. Pervasive subtle odor of sweat in room

. Room was never cleaned/serviced third day; manager responded it was a ".clerical error; all I can do is give you towels."

. Facial tissue empty on second day; never replenished

. On the third day, the water was shut off without warning for "repairs". Over 4 hours later, it was restored.

. Draperies non-functional; had to be tugged open and closed; chord and tags hanging from drapes

. Burned out bulb in bedside lamp had; never replaced

Throughout stay, staff was unfriendly and unconcerned. You really do get what you pay for.

My family had a good night sleep at Super 8, Reno university area. The room was very clean, well furnished, very comfortable to stay. Check-in and check-out was a bliss. My daughter likes the TV channels and the breakfast. Overrall, it is a good place to stay at Reno, provides very good value.

They had fast, friendly, efficient service. I work up the street from the hotel and I refer my customers all the time.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I had an easy check in and the room was clean. There were no outside distractions.

The rooms are always clean and there is always comfortable seating.

The rooms are comfortably sized and appointed. I don't need fancy accommodations; I prefer accommodations with a comfortable bed and seating. Super 8 Motels always offer these at a great price.
