I booked a handicapped room in November for my son's military graduation.
The day before we made our 10 hour driving adventure, I called the hotel. I was told by a very nasty woman that I could only have the handicapped room for one night, during the second night I would have to change to a normal room.
Obviously, they’ve never had to navigate around in a wheel chair. Then they cancelled my reservation without telling us. Luckily we were able to find a motel that had a handicapped room. It was very lucky for us to have found one the day before graduation.
