Super 8 Motel North Sioux City

The location was handy for a conference we were attending, and it had adjoining rooms, which we needed. Unfortunately, it did not have hot water for the first two days, the computer was down, and one of the rooms was missing a phone and TV remote (they did find a remote for us). The beds had nice clean white down-alternative comforters and plenty of pillows, but no fitted sheets or fitted mattress pads, so the mattresses were uncovered whenever the kids wiggled. The furniture seemed new and nice, but the shower had had a slow drain with hair in it. Breakfast was pretty basic, but fine. We felt safe but it wasn't a luxurious hotel by any means.

The "jacuzzi suite" was a joke. The jets sounded like an airplane jet! Not relaxing. The room was filthy and there were cobwebs in every corner. The toilet had mold in it as well as the fridge. Please don't stay here. It is not worth 1 cent.

It was clean, breakfast was nice, the staff was friendly and the room was comfortable.

This motel is small and not well maintained.

Above the bathroom shower/tub, there was a large square piece of wood screwed to the ceiling to cover a hole. The walls had some mildew and the shower curtain was placed so close that it kept sticking to me.

The room was freezing when we got in at 2 am in a snowstorm. When I opened the window curtains for some light, I found that the hotel was in the backyard of a trailer park, with no fence for security. I did not feel safe there.
