I was disgusted by the uncleanliness of the room, the bathroom and the beds. The room smelt strongly of urine. The staff was very friendly.

It was difficult to turn left out of parking lot. The hotel had a friendly staff and a convenient location.

It had good convenience, right of the interstate. It’s a great location for everything in Knoxville. It’s a good value. The front desk person was knowledgeable about the area.

This hotel made me feel respected: The front desk person knew we were moving to the area and took an interest in our house hunting. She also helped us find some things we needed.

It was conveniently located and less expensive than other hotels in the area. It said standard amenities but there was not even a coffeemaker in the room!

It's a high-class hotel that was worth the discount price I paid using a coupon in a travel book. It has an indoor heated pool and workout room. The room was like new. It was big, beautiful, and clean.

The room's cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The bedspreads had blood stains on them, but were not replaced even when pointed out to the staff. The towels were threadbare.

All Super 8's that we have stayed in, except for the one in Knoxville north, were very good.
