Dirty, bugs, 7 day cancellation policy, permanent residents, mold on carpet

The room was filthy, we had to pay $75 because it was a holiday. the beds were nasty, the walls were dirty, the overall condition of the room was run down. We checked out and went across the street and ended up with a clean room that was half the price. When we told the front desk the condition of everything there wasn't even an apology or a show of concern. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was a bit hard to see from the highway.

The motel was comfortable and convenient but a little hard to find as it is on a side road. The food was a little inconvenient due to traffic but for the most part it was pleasant.
