Super 8 Motel Kearney Motel - Page 1

This motel was never updated since being built. When you first enter the lobby you get the impression that you are in a high crime area. The room was dirty. There is no breakfast area...it is next to the front desk. At the price of $99.39 it is way to expensive to stay.

The comfort of the room was exceptional. The air conditioning unit worked overtime. I had to turn it off cause it got too cold in the room. There was road construction in front of the Super 8 motel and it was a tad tricky to figure out how to access the parking lot.

This hotel made me feel important: I was left to myself and no one bothered me in any bad ways.

With rare exceptions, it provides good value for the cost. It is not loaded up with options in which I have no interest.

I wish the Super 8's were more uniformed with each other. Some offer a larger breakfast then others, with waffles and such, while others are just toast, bagels, and cereal. Also, if pets are allowed in some of the rooms, then those rooms should be kept separated from the other rooms, so that when we stay there, you know if there have been pets in there or not.

I like the continental breakfast, especially if they have waffles. Also they are mostly at a small short distance from the car parking and I use the handicapped room. It is easy to reach.
