Super 8 Motel Joppa Motel - Page 1

The location was convenient, right off Pulaski Highway. The front desk clerk was helpful in suggesting good restaurants. The room had a refrigerator. The location was quiet.

This hotel made me feel secure: The front desk clerk informed us of doors locking after midnight. He told us of the better sections to go to eat. He helped us with highway directions.

It was a good place to stop at on the way to home to Rhode Island.

You get what you expect. A clean room and cheap.

We went to MD just going to stay overnight and looked for a hotel near the city, everything was booked up. We spent 3 hours searching for a place to stay.

We even paid for a room at another place of lodging down the road from this Super 8. As soon as we saw the room, we turned the key back in and got our money back, it was terrible.

Fortunately, we drove a bit further and found the Super 8, took our chances and went in to get a room. Not only were they very friendly and helpful, but the room was clean, spacious, and had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a motel.

We are planning another trip in May and although we are going to spend the majority of our time at the Inner Harbor, we are definitely staying in Joppa at the Super 8 again. We loved it. It's a small drive into the city but you can't beat the price and service, it’s well worth the drive.
