Super 8 Motel Indianapolis Motel - Page 1

I actually won this room for one night through a radio contest promotion. The room was OK. Nothing fancy about it, but likewise, nothing really wrong with it either. Comparing it with other similar-valued hotels/motels, I thought the room was a little on the small side. Bathroom had a just a couple of noticeable defects; chipped surface, and someone made an attempt at graffiti in the shower and the remedy didn't quite work. Breakfast was OK, not noteworthy. I only made one request at the desk and it was fulfilled right away. If I was a paying customer, I would have stayed at a motel with an indoor pool. If you just need a comfortable room to stay in overnight, this motel is alright. If you want a place to stay for for a few days, I think you could do better.

The hotel had excellent highway access and easy access to the convention center. Nearby, there were fast food restaurants and department stores. They included broadband internet access in the room.

I liked the fact that it was easy to get to from the freeway. I did not like the fact that there were not very many retail stores or restaurants nearby, though.

There was a weird, squeaky noise all night. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and the shower head was about 5 feet off the ground.
