The prices are good, but they could improve on room space. There was no closet. There was about six inches of space between the dresser and bed to walk through.

Our room was not ready when we arrived and so we had to stay in a smoker's room when we requested non-smoking in the beginning of the reservation.

We were charged a higher rate than what was quoted. The loyalty program was also misrepresented and therefore we paid more than expected. We would likely have stayed in another hotel had the price been accurately represented. The hotel staff at check in made no effort to honor the rate quoted.

The staff, price, and everything else about this motel was horrible. The room was not made before I returned. The staff took phone calls before they talked to a person standing before them. Some of the staff made you feel really uneasy and would look at you. The price was ungodly high just because of the area it was in. If I owned this motel, I would drop the price by 60%.

It was a nice place but the hotel needed some renovations to make it appear up to date.

The last time I stayed at the super 8 on Laurel Canyon I was promised a non-smoking room when I made a reservation. Upon arriving I was informed that there were no non-smoking rooms available. When speaking with the manager the following day he said there was indeed a mistake.
