It was super nice. We had a great stay there. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room was clean and comfortable. We felt safe. The breakfast was enough and it was fresh.

This hotel was basically what I expected. The only thing that was not as advertised was the spa. The spa did not work and it did not look as if it had worked for several months. It should have at least been closed off or marked off. It was not and someone could fall in and hurt themselves. Otherwise, the pool was great, the room was great and the service was great. My only other complaint would be that the hotel was farther away from Gatlinburg than I thought but the trolley was easily accessible.
