Super 8 Motel Cleveland Motel - Page 1

I did not like this hotel because the person working the counter when we checked in was very rude. She made some comments that were very inappropriate. The only reason I stayed at this hotel was because it was the closest one to where we had to be. Otherwise I would have gone somewhere else.

I was charged double for the first night's stay. I arrived one day early and was charged separately for that day and billed 3 days on checkout. It is in dispute at this time.

We were surprised by the condition of the carpet and furniture (excellent) and the cleanliness of the Super 8 (also excellent). Their cable service included some 60 stations, while the Holiday Inn Express we stayed in offered maybe 20 stations.

This hotel made me feel respected: They knew us by name and addressed us by our names. They gave us a special rate because we had to stay a week and after a brief trip up north, returned to the motel for a few more nights (we live in a nearby town and were having work done on our house ).
