I made a reservation using the 800 number. I told the agent we had to have ground floor because my husband and I have bad legs. She told me she would send that request. When I checked in, I was told a request had not been sent. I was given a room on the third floor, one I knew we couldn't use. I had to cancel that room and go elsewhere to find a room we could stay in. I guess, even if you use the main number to make reservations, you have to call the hotel directly to make sure your request is honored. I find that unsatisfactory and a lot of extra work.

This is a fine motel. Everything was as expected. There was a snafu with our online reservation as they did not have a record of it when we checked in, but the front desk clerk remedied it quickly. They were nice people!

This hotel made me feel welcome: The front desk clerk was very friendly. Everything was solved with a smile.

The service was good. It was reservations only when we arrived. The rains were marginally annoying while trying to get to sleep but they did not wake me up.

The light was not switched to come on with switch by the entry door. The bathroom fan was ineffective at evacuating moisture in the air from the shower. The TV selection guide was not available. The room pass card key was ineffective and it had to be returned to the desk clerk for reprogramming. Although I provided personal information including address and credit card number upon reservation, I had to fill all of that information into a hand written form upon registration.

The nearby trains kept waking us up.
