61 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
We stay in Super 8's often. We are usually satisfied with the accommodations. Over the years, I have mailed in many comment cards, and have never been acknowledged, even with a form letter. The great majority of these cards are complimentary.
I am
somewhat likely
to return to the Super 8 Motel Cedar Rapids.

might recommend it to
friends.

We arrived and the room hadn't even been cleaned. The bed was unmade, with bedding on the floor, the floor was dirty, wet bathroom towels were on the bathroom floor, water was on the bathroom floor, the trashcans were full, and the sink was a mess, the room was very disorganized.

not likely
to return to the Super 8 Motel Cedar Rapids.

would not recommend it to
friends.

The staff was not able to help, nor did they seem to care, with the WiFi Internet problems I was experiencing in the motel.

The staff on duty was not friendly and almost rude to us, they did not offer any help for restaurants or other facilities.
