60 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
My reservation was made two weeks in advance with a 6 PM cancellation. I showed up at 8 PM and they would not use the credit card that was already in the computer and required with the phone in reservation. I had to use a different card. Why? The same name was on both cards.

The room was not cleaned and beds were not made the next day when we arrived back at the hotel. The bathroom was not clean.

It was hard to get to off I-44 to this hotel. However, it has a very personable staff, clean rooms, friendly people, and is in a great location close to where I wanted to be.
