77 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

It was close to a relative. The hotel was easy to find. I had a big room. They served a nice continental breakfast. The staff was nice.

This hotel made me feel respected: They recognized us at the desk each day.

I am very likely to return to the Super 8 Motel Casa Grande.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

By-pass this one.

I am not likely to return to the Super 8 Motel Casa Grande.
I would not recommend it to friends.

30 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

When we checked out, the hotel management charged us an extra $400 because they said our toilet overflowed and caused structural damage to the hotel. However, when we left the room, everything was fine and the toilet was working properly. We contacted the management about this and they accused us of flooding the room. We will never stay there again, there are other hotels in the area, pick one of those.

I am not likely to return to the Super 8 Motel Casa Grande.
I would not recommend it to friends.

They have always accomadatd us very well.
