Super 8 Motel Boise

This is one of those motels where they charge you a safe fee unless you verbally decline to use the safe. However, the fee is embedded in the total price and is not separately identified at check in. The evening desk clerk was apologetic but the morning clerk cross-examined me to detrmine if I used the safe. I guess if you stay a while and you have a lap top, it's a good idea for two dollars. But if you just stay overnight, why would you use the safe? This motel is on 3 levels and has lots of rooms. It's right off the freeway and adjacent to the air terminal. There was a small fridge and a microwave in the room. The bath had both a shower and tub. There is an indoor pool which is hard to find because the motel is so large and designed in wings. Parking was a problem for me because I drove away for dinner and had difficulty finding a convenient parking space when Ireturned. Several of the door accesses require you to walk down a flight before going up. But I didn't feel unsafe. There is a restaurant across the street and two adjacent service stations.

The room was conveniently located.

It was a very clean and comfortable hotel. The customer service was very good and the employees were very friendly.

The location was good, but there was little light in the room in the areas where we wished to read.

The location was very convenient to get on or off the freeway. The Zoo and Botanical Gardens were quite close and the staff was very friendly and helpful as to how to find the easy way to get someplace.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: They had nice chairs and beds in our room and we had no apprehensive feelings as to whether our safety was not in their best interest.
