The carpet had burrs throughout the room--a very unwelcome surprise in the middle of the night. At check out, we could not give a copy of the receipt. We were promised a shuttle to the hotel, only to find that the shuttle driver did not show, despite calls from the front desk. The clerk refused to call the manager to help with the situation saying that "he won't answer the phone." She ordered a taxi, which arrived late, refused credit cards, only accepted cash, and charged $60 to drive 5 minutes to the airport. I do not recommend this motel, and I do not recommend that arrangements for rides be made with Cowboy Cab & Ranger Cab Co. in the DFW area.
