Super 8 Motel Beachwood

This hotel was convenient to my destination in Cleveland.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They had my air miles card in their records for the stay.

The service was good but the hallways were filthy. We stayed on the second floor. The room itself and the lobby were very clean but the hallway outside our room was dirty.

I disliked the lack of an elevator. The bathroom was disgusting, there were loud patrons fighting in the hallway at three o'clock in the morning. I would not recommend it.

Clean rooms - polite desk clerks. Great place to stay.

This hotel made me feel respected: They treated me as a special customer. The clerks were polite and efficient. When I asked a question they were more than helpful.
