We stayed there last weekend so we could attend a concert at Darien Lake. The hotel staff was rude the 2 times I called and the room was horrible. I'm currently trying to get some sort of refund/compensation. The shower curtain had mold on it, the ceiling in the bathroom had mold, the floors were filthy, the room smelled very musty, the chair was covered in stains and the batroom tile was really dirty, as well as the faucet of the bathtub. It was just not sanitary. I hope I get a refund and I will never stay there again.

The service is great. The rates are low. The breakfast is limited, but the service truly does make up for this! The staff is more than willing to help and I was honestly impressed!

I am very likely to return to the Super 8 Motel Batavia.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
