Something must have changed since others reviewed this place. One of our two beds was broken. The comforters had visible dirt and hair from previous visitors. No soap in laundry room. The beds were not therapedic as advertised. The mattresses were old and not comfortable. Toilet paper not replaced on day two. Ditto with small soaps. No cups either. Carpet dirty. Breakfast was good, though scrambled eggs were cold. All in all I would not recommend it. Bugs in bathroom. (earwigs)

It's the best hotel that I've stayed at in the last five years. It is clean, reasonably priced, with friendly people. It's very close to the Austin airport. It has very easy access from Austin and I-35.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They called after we entered the room to check whether everything was to our satisfaction.

I am very likely to return to the Super 8 Motel Austin.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
