64 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

We were traveling to Myrtle Beach, SC and we spent the night at the Super 8 in Asheboro NC.

We asked for a AAA or AARP discount and the front desk clerk said "Oh, $50.00 is with the discount."

The room was dirty, the sink looked like it had been months since it had been cleaned. We took our own quilt and pillow and I was so glad. I will never stay there again and I advise you to pass it by. For the money, go down the road to another motel.

I am not likely to return to the Super 8 Motel Asheboro.
I would not recommend it to friends.
